2 onions, sliced

1 egg white
1/3 cup almond flour
1 can pineapple (drained well and pureed in a blender)
2 T coconut aminos
1 T Siracha
1 T sesame oil
1 T honey
1 T garlic powder
1 T ginger
1/2 t coriander
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t mustard seed
salt and pepper, to taste
THREE
1lb ground beef (95/5 or 90/10)
Place ONE in the bottom of your crockpot. In a large bowl, combine TWO. Add THREE and mix well. Make balls with the meat and place on top of the onions. Cook on high for 3 hours.
