Easy meal!
3-4lbs pork shoulder (remove all visible fat)
1 can pinapple in water (if in juice, drain), pureed in a blender
2T fresh grated ginger
Put the pork in a crockpot. Mix th epineapple and ginger and pour on top. Add 1 cup of water. Cook on low for 8 hours.
