3 lbs. chicken breasts and thighs
salt and pepper
TWO
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
3 Golden delicious apples, sliced
SAUCE
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 T olive oil
1 t thyme
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it in the crockpot. Add TWO. In a bowl, combine THREE and add to the crockpot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-7.
